I ordered some bits on Thursday with no issues.

A) Yes, they're still trading.
B) The website changes regularly (mostly minor updates).
C) This is a forum for jewellers, it's not the ideal way to try and contact Cooksons (I'd mention there's a phone number on the website, but if it's not working on your system that's not entirely constructive).
