Want a super quick and easy project that requires minimal materials and expertise? Why not try making this Mother of Pearl heart bracelet? It’s easy to make and very eye-catching.

Step 1

Cut a length of elastic cord slightly longer than your desired.

The average bracelet length for women is 7-7.5 inches.

Step 2

Thread on three Mother of Pearl beads and then one Silver bead. Repeat this process.

Step 3

Halfway through adding your beads, you need to add the jump ring with the heart. Use snipe/chain nose pliers and flat pliers to grip either side of the jump ring and twist to open the jump ring.

Add the Silver heart and close the jump ring by gripping either side of the jump ring and twisting to close flush.

Step 4

Thread a Silver bead onto the elastic, then the jump ring with heart onto the bracelet and then add another Silver bead. Continue to add the Mother of Pearl beads in the three: one pattern.

Step 5

When you have the correct length for your bracelet, tie the two ends of the elastic together in a double or triple knot. Cut off any excess elastic.
