Jewellery Machinery Servicing and Maintenance

Eligibility for Service: The Cooksongold laser welder service is available exclusively for Orotig-branded laser welders. Only Orotig welders that are in full working condition are eligible for servicing under this agreement.

Service for Non-Cooksongold Purchased Welders: For laser welders not purchased through Cooksongold, service will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To proceed with servicing, proof of prior service within the last 24 months must be provided.

Replacement Parts: The flash lamp will be tested and assessed for replacement. If it is not needed, it will not be replaced, and its cost will be deducted from the final bill. The service team will advise the customer accordingly.

Service Limitations: Cooksongold will not service broken or non-operational laser welders. Only Orotig-branded laser welders in full working condition are eligible for service. If a welder is non-operational or has been subjected to extensive damage, it will not be serviced by Cooksongold.

Servicing Compliance: If servicing is not kept up to date, the service team will assess the machine, and additional charges may apply to cover the extra work required.

Service Area Requirements: The customer must provide a photograph of the designated service area where the welder will be worked on. The area must be clean and have sufficient space to allow the welder to be safely dismantled and serviced.
